We do Wagyu like no one else. Unlike Wagyu mass producers or market newbies, we raise our own Wagyu with our own hands, on our own farm, using our own customized nutrition program. We work with our own animals' DNA so we can carefully monitor the quality of our genetics and end-product. Our Wagyu are raised throughout their lives on the lush grasses from the Ovoka terroir. We developed our own custom, three-phase, all-natural and non-GMO grain finishing program because we care about the health of our cattle and our clients.
