This branch of the Prince William County Volunteer Fire Department is Station 12. In conjunction with Stations 2 and 14, it serves the Woodbridge area. Its new fleet contains a rescue squad, one collapsible rescue unit, three brush trucks, three ladder trucks, three boats, eight ambulances and eight pumper trucks. This volunteer fire department was formed out of necessity, as there were no Eastern Prince William County fire stations in 1938.
