Quirky tea room in the English style. A huge variety of unusual teas is available and to assist customers with their choice, a rotating stand of samples is provided on the table to have a good sniff of. We had the cream tea, which was a good attempt at an English one. The cream was not quite like English cream and neither it nor the jam were in sufficient quantity, but we thoroughly enjoyed it nevertheless. The tables are beautifully laid with pretty china and table linen. A room called ‘Grandma’s Attic’ at the back has loads of hats which customers can try on and wear whilst taking tea. Great fun!
