Specialties
We are a family-owned and -operated Social Security disability advocacy office. We have been handling claims for over 25 years. We take the burden off of our clients by walking them through the process step-by-step, as well as dealing directly with Social Security on their behalf. We file initial applications and appeals, and represent our clients at their hearings if they have to go in front of an administrative law judge. Our staff is dedicated and knowledgeable. We work hard to get our clients the disability benefits that they deserve. We have a proven track record of winning cases for our clients. We do not charge our clients a fee for representation unless we win their case. Every legal matter is different. The outcome of each legal case depends upon many factors, including the facts of the case, and no attorney can guarantee a positive result in any particular case.
