Blair Nash, Tyler Nash, and Michael Bosler came together to create Mahalo Poke House to offer a fast-casual, Hawaiian fusion restaurant focused on tasty, fresh ingredients. While developing the restaurant, it was of high importance to offer health conscious, sustainable, and environmentally friendly food and drink options.
