Founded in 1991, the Loudoun Symphony each year launches a schedule that includes five orchestral concerts including a family concert and two chamber concerts. A recent partnership with the Virginia Academy off Route 7 in Ashburn will now give it a permanent, 800-seat venue and allow it to expand its education and outreach activities. Youth 18 and under are offered free admission, and it also supports a youth orchestra that will perform two concerts of its own this year. A number of other activities are scheduled as well. See its website for details.
