Kisha founded the Martin-Burney Group in 2014. A native Washingtonian, Kisha has celebrated many awards both at work and in the community. Kisha has received several awards with Remax Realty Centre, who she was Licensed with from 2007 -20019, with the latest, the Platinum Club in 2017 & 2018 and Remax Hall of Fame in 2018, other awards and recognition include consecutive months as Top Producer for Individual and Team, including being recognized in Remax Million Dollar Monthly Club.
