Lake Anna Realty was born in 1995 with Mitch Shumate being one of the founders. When beautiful Lake Anna was created in 1971, it gave a new need to the area. With that concept in mind and with our experience and committed Agents, Lake Anna Realty was one of the first Real Estate Agencies to begin to work in the Lake. For over 35 years Lake Anna Realty has been committed to help people navigate the waters of Lake Anna and help with all Real Estate Needs.
