Although we honor Martial Arts traditions that go back centuries, we are dynamic and are constantly seeking new and innovative ways to enthuse and excite our students.Specialties* Tiny Tigers (Age 4-6) & Children Program (Age 7-12) The programs are preliminary martial arts training courses that focus on building physical, emotional, social, and intellectual capabilities. While the physical benefits of Taekwondo are great, the mental benefits are just as rewarding. * Teens & Adult Program (Age 13&up) The programs offer challenging and motivating curriculum that discipline your body and get you in better shape physically and mentally. Students gain newfound confidence as they find their bodies and mind strengthened to their maximum potential. * After School Program Your child will be transported to our facility on our school bus/van. A normal day includes a fun Martial Arts class, structured physical activities, snack time, quiet periods to do their homework or read and character building lessons/activities. * Summer Camp (Winter & Spring) The camps offer a safe, exciting, and educational experience for children 4-12 years of age. A typical day is filled with sports, arts&crafts, field trips, games, and professional martial arts instruction. *Summer Camp offers a Summer Readiness (SR) Program to prepare children for the upcoming school year.
