History
After being diagnosed with ADHD at age 40, Justine started working on releasing her past and embracing her own creativity. Through her own struggle she developed self-awareness and was able to regulate her emotions, so much so that she was able to drastically reduce her ADHD medication. Through this work she was able to transform trauma into positive growth. This personal transformation inspired her to share what she learned so that others may uncover the gifts of ADHD so often buried beneath its stigma and stereotypes. She has lead powerful support groups for adults with ADHD.
