Children's Services of Virginia (CSV) is a licensed child placing agency that provides foster care, treatment foster care, and foster-to-adopt services for children and families in the northern half of Virginia, including Fredericksburg, Winchester, Front Royal, Harrisonburg, and surrounding areas.
