The focus at Hybrid is to improve overall fitness while combating chronic disease and malnutrition. There are different levels of programming for different athletes - some want to be competitors and have an extensive athletic background, while others are just looking for a good workout and being part of a good community. Whatever your goals, Hybrid can help you meet them. Our crossfit programming focuses on Strength Development, Skill Development and Metabolic Conditioning. Personal training is also available for anyone including non-members. Hybrid includes a welcoming community of amazing and supportive athletes, flexible daytime hours and a kids area so the little ones can be entertained while you work out.
