Higher Learning Ministries, located in Petersburg, VA, was founded in 2000 with a vision that emerged during a watch night service attended by Dr. Samuel Wright, Jr. Dr. Wright, also an Economist with the Bureau of Labor Statistics in Washington DC, answered the call to become the Pastor of the church.
