Conducts activities, cognitive stimulation, encourage socialization, and promote self-awareness with residents at Assisted Living Facilities, Nursing Homes, in an outpatient setting as well. We help plan and maintain activities to reflect seasons/ program themes to help maintain patient satisfaction and support treatment. Implementing therapeutic activities for small and large groups based on participants' level of functioning. Conducting a multi-sensory game with patients giving them the opportunity to win prizes, facilitator's monitor residents making sure they are actively participating and assisting when needed during certain activities.
