Harry Braswell, Inc. has been renovating luxury homes in the DC metropolitan area for more than 30 years. A member of the U.S. Green Building Council, Harry Braswell, Inc. built the first LEED-certified new home and conducted the first LEED-certified whole house renovation in Alexandria, Va. The company has been honored with numerous local and national awards of excellence, including a NARI Contractor of the Year Grand Award for Green Remodeling of an Entire House ($500,000 - $1 Million). Harry Braswell, Inc. also renovates houses of worship, day care centers, schools and community buildings, and is highly skilled at guiding organizations through the renovation process. The company recently completed a $1 million renovation as a pro bono effort for non-profit Child and Family Network Centers (CFNC).
