Get Kickin' was born as a result of my own need for a more engaging form of cardio for weight loss. Like many, I got bored on treadmills and elliptical trainers. As I searched for something more engaging, I found Muay Thai Kickboxing. Through my own weight loss journey, I chose to get my personal trainer certification originally to help me understand what my trainers were telling me to do and why. My transformation changed... no saved.. my life. I decided I wanted to help others experience this same transformation.

Get Kickin' offers Muay Thai Kickboxing-based individual, semi-private, small group, and boot camp formats of fitness training for weight loss, mood enhancement, increased strength and cardio fitness, improved balance, and stress relief in a fun and friendly atmosphere. All workouts are individually tailored to your specific fitness goals and can be modified as needed to address injuries or other issues. Appropriate for all fitness levels and abilities. No experience required. Legitimate Muay Thai technique focuses on safety, exercise benefiand application to real world personal protection situations. There is no sparring. Heavy bags, Thai pads, and focus mitts are used. Jenny is also a Certified Functional Aging Specialist working with older adults on balance, flexibility and strength to decrease likelihood of falling, improve the ability to participate in activities of daily living and increase the potential to stay active and independent longer.
