Gabro Printing and Graphics opened its doors in the summer of 1984 with one single- color duplicator press and one black-and-white copier. At that time we operated under a franchise and were happily providing stationery and copy work to the local business district. Nine years later we shed our obligation to the franchise and purchased our first true printing press. It was only a two-color press but enabled us to increase the quality of our existing work and broaden our capability to include marketing material for existing and new clients. In 2001, we took delivery of a five-color Heidelberg Speedmaster printing press, which added new state-of-the-art capabilities to produce documents such as annual reports, posters, and publications to our growing list of value added services. Gabro Printing and Graphics is a family owned and operated business. We pride ourselves in our work and the way we treat our clients. We also believe in the fundamental principle that an organization is only as good as the people within. We try to tanscend our strong family ties into the workplace, to create an atmosphere of belonging. Because of this. we think our employees function with a higher degree of caring than our competitors. And, if a serious matter happens to arise, a family member is always there to pick up the pieces and make the kinds of decisions in order to keep the customer happy. We are set up to handle every stop of your printing project. From concept to mailing, every aspect is handled by our staff under one roof with little or no outsourcing whatsoever. We are a single shift operation which means we are not about sales figures or monthly and yearly targets. We are, however, about loyalty. Loyalty to the belief that if we treat the customer right, and continuously, they will come back again and again.
