HistoryAs a Realtor with over 20-years of experience with designations as a CRS, ABR, GRI, SRES, RSPS and e-PRO, I decided it was time to start my own brokerage to further our goals of making a difference in our community and beyond. Since my wife and I have been active for many years teaching ESL to recent immigrants, cooking in soup kitchens and sitting on the boards of nonprofits, we decided to start a company that would channel a significant part of our earnings towards helping others. We are currently funding the operation of a school in Liberia and are empowering women around the world and in the US through direct loans and through Kiva. We are also creating a course to teach women how to start a business, and will teach the course for the first time in March, 2016, and will fund their efforts to start a business to support them and their families.SpecialtiesWe help Buyers and Sellers of Residential Real Estate in Northern Virginia and donate 20% of our commissions to ChangingOurTomorrows.org, The Loudoun Salvation Army or Empowered Women International. We also give 50% of any referral we make when we help someone find a realtor to help them anywhere in the US. We are the only real estate company in the US doing this.
