Fo Fitness uses personal trainers to educate, motivate and instill clients with correct forms and techniques that'll result in increased strengthening and conditioning. Training takes place in a gym equipped with weight machines and free weights, as well as other accessories, such as a punching bags and gloves. In addition to personal training for couples or in private, group training is available and includes classes such as boot camp, fit n' well seniors and corporate fitness. Also available are nutrition programs, which include body detoxing and nutrition balancing.
