Oak Hill Community Church started in Washington, D.C. during World War II and eventually made its way out to its current location just ouside Herndon in 1968. The church believes in God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit and salvation by the grace of God.
Oak Hill Community Church holds Sunday worship services along with hymn sing-alongs. The church offers Bible study courses and partners with community organizations such as Reston Interfaith, Lord's Harvest International and Church Builders League. The church is affiliated with the Church of God General Conference.
