Elite Concepts was founded upon the sound principles of hard work, customer service, quality work and fair prices. Crystal and Josh combine over 35 years of management experience in the service industry. Crystal worked over a decade in a fast paced service business as an office manager overseeing several employees and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Crystal also led the company in sales, new customer relationships and retention. While working in the service industry, Crystal realized the need for a company whose principals were centered on strong customer relationships, valuing and respecting their greatest investment, their employees. Josh started out as an apprentice, working summers through college. Once he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree, he realized how much he enjoyed working in the construction industry. So he decided to make it his passion and career. He then worked up to a journeyman, then to a foreman and finally to a superintendent. Onc
