The Boatwright Memorial Library is a part of the University of Richmond and offers materials for subjects, such as humanities, science and business studies. The library stocks a range of books, journals, newspapers, government documents and electronic database. It also serves as a selective federal depository library for the District of Virginia. In addition, The Boatwright Memorial Library operates the Media Resource Center, which carries video cassettes, CDs and DVDs. It issues library cards for its members and offers online book renewal services. The Boatwright Memorial Library features a computer classroom with more than 160 publicly accessible computers and over 25 circulating wireless laptops.
