Arcadia was originally VA Smoke Shop and was established in June of 2014, but in April of 2015 rebranded and became what is known, today, as Arcadia. At Arcadia, we strive our best to better ourselves by listening to our customers, and making sure we carry the best of the products at reasonable prices.
