HistoryWhen I first decided to try teaching as a way to make a living, I wasn't sure that I had the patience to teach folks who needed guidance in improving their voices. After teaching for several weeks, I realized that I had unlimited patience with my dedicated singing students, and I so enjoyed investing in their ability to develop a memorable and self-confident vocal sound. Teaching for me has become a whole lot of fun!SpecialtiesI have over 26 years of experience specializing in all musical genres, from Beatles to Beethoven to Broadway. I will work with you as both your technician and your coach, helping you reach your greatest singing potential. You will discover your unique singing abilities and artistry. I remain one of the few singing teachers in Northern Virginia who have maintained an active career as a professional singer and entertainer. My music has taken me around the world a dozen times, and I impart my knowledge of proven singing techniques and performing know-how to my students in a joyful, friendly and very supportive manner.
