The Mutual Building has been identified as one of Richmond's premier skyscrapers. Initially, the building consisted of nine-stories but three additional stories were added in 1912. 909 Courtyard is excited to be a part of Richmond's rich history, adding vibrant life back into it's amazing courtyard.
