Prenatal Method helps women and their partners become advocates for themselves and their babies, through education. There are so many options that exist regarding the birth experience, and your care provider, it can be hard to make these choices. The Prenatal Method offers an alternative to more limited traditional birth practices. Our program looks at the whole experience. Different bodies and minds require different paths.
