I love my job as a nurse midwife and women’s health nurse practitioner—it's truly an honor to work in this field. The essence of being a midwife is "to be with women." I strive to embody this philosophy with every visit, no matter what stage of life my patients are in. Whether I'm guiding a patient through their first pelvic exam, discussing contraception options, reviewing menopause hormone therapy, addressing sexual health concerns, or providing labor support, my goal is to be present and provide compassionate, patient-centered care. I enjoy working with patients to address their concerns and am open to talking about anything, including: Hot flashes IUD (intrauterine device) insertion pain management Low libido Preconception Pregnancy Postpartum anxiety STI (sexually transmitted infection) screening Vaginal dryness And more If I can't help, I will do my best to find someone who can! Above all, my goal is for women to feel empowered in their health and well-being. I’m here to assist them in their journey, wherever they are. In 2023, I became a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP). This expands my expertise in perimenopause and menopause. I’m passionate about offering holistic, personalized care to women navigating this phase of life, which can bring significant physical, emotional, and psychological changes. My mission is for every woman to feel empowered, informed, and in control of her health and well-being. I look forward to meeting my patients and caring for them!

I do everything than I can to understand the root cause of your urological issue. I work with you to see how a urological concern fits into your overall well-being. I am serious about our work together, but at times I find that bringing humor into the mix, can relieve anxiety and ease fears. When a patient comes in initially upset or feeling alienated, I strive to have them feel connected and cared for. Care can often extend to family members, as I understand that their concerns are integral to your well-being. I try to take the time to listen because, on a human level, if it matters to you, it should matter to me.
