Rice Memorial High School, located in South Burlington, Vt., offers a variety of educational and cocurricular programs to more than 400 students in grades nine and 10. It is a Diocesan Catholic school serving various communities throughout northern Vermont. The school focuses on the intellectual, physical, moral, and spiritual development of students through various programs offered in religion, literature, history, and mathematics and science programs. Rice Memorial High School also provides arts, language, business, physical education and drivers education. The school also provides various specialized religion courses that promote an understanding of the Gospel message of Jesus Christ, rooted in the Eight Beatitudes and the Sermon on the Mount, and of the Roman Catholic tradition.
