Phase one, the planning phase, includes project analysis and feasibility studies, a Department of Energy analysis, an engineering review and an in-depth cost analysis. Phase two, the preconstruction phase, includes design and engineering services, project value engineering and schedule and purchasing coordination. Phase three, the actual construction phase, involves construction management and project coordination services, cost accounting and quality control monitoring. Phase four, the post-construction phase, involves owner training programs, inspections, issuance of warranties and the delivery of all operations manuals, construction documents and drawings. In addition to its cleanroom design and construction services, the company also designs air pollution control systems for manufacturing, laboratory and industrial processing applications.
