At one of Vermont’s pioneering farm to table restaurants, our menu is built around what’s being harvested in our Market Garden and from other Vermont farms on any given day or week. Staples like our farmstead cheddar, seasonal lamb and pork, and other farm products are featured items. It doesn’t get more fresh, local, or delicious than that. You don't need a reservation to have drinks at the bar and order from the bar menu. Be sure to check out the billiards room and ornate garden patha.
