Matt began tapping trees on our property and collecting sap with buckets. The first year we collected sap from 15 buckets and boiled it on a wood stove. After many incarnations of evaporating methods and increasing taps, we now have a traditional sugarhouse and 2000 taps.
Specialties
Our maple syrup is made in small batches over a wood fired arch. Our maple derives it's buttery and complex flavor from the high elevation sugarbush and a long cooking time using variety of hard and soft woods. We also offer maple sugar, spice rubs and maple candies.
