Wendy Francis has been providing mental health therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families since 1999. She uses a variety of therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Child Directed Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Trauma Focused CBT, and Insight Oriented Therapy. Wendy works with families focuses on helping the whole family improve functioning.
