Timeless Fitness was originally started in 2010 because some of my friends wanted a place to workout that was not intimidating. They also wanted to train in a way that was appropriate for their age and they did not like the larger gyms. So, I put together a training program that included strength training, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness that is designed for baby boomers or people over age 50. We promote a friendly environment and every one is very supportive. Our classes are fun and the workouts are challenging and constantly changing so that you never get bored.
Specialties
Timeless Fitness specializes in personal and group fitness training for adult populations 50 years and older (Baby Boomers). Our trainers are experienced in working with clients who suffer from bad backs, knees, shoulders and other conditions caused by the affects of aging. We also train patients with arthritis and those who are recovering form rotator cuff, knee replacement and hip replacement surgery.
