History
Utah's 4th licensed producing winery in 2010. Began selling wines in mid 2011. Released Utah's First Mead in 2011. Developed and Released Utah's First Hard Cider (Stinger) in 2012. Won our First Double Gold Medal wine in April 2015 Got distillery License and became Utah's first Brandy distillery in 2015. Released our 70th different product (wine, cider, spirits) May 2016 Won our first 3 gold medals for Brandies April 2016

The Hive Winery and Spirits Company specializes in small batch,fruit wines, meads, and hard ciders made from local crops. In addition we use our high quality wines to micro distill high quality fruit brandies and liqueurs.
