Online ordering available! Our names are Mitchell and Lan Sampson, at age 16 I began my career in the culinary world. I served a 3 year culinary apprenticeship under a French Chef named Roger Cortello at the Hotel Utah, upon completion I served an advanced culinary apprenticeship under an Certified Master Chef named Hartmut Handke at The Greenbrier Hotel in White Sulphur Springs West Virginia. We will be serving classic coffee drinks as well as a fresh juice bar, Classic French artisan Breads, sweet and savory French Pastries, quiche, soups, salads and sandwiches.
