History
We started out renting space from other business owners but could never find a good fit. We were one of the first pole dancing companies to start in Utah out in Park City. After several attempts to find our true home we finally decided to open up a studio in a complex in Sandy. Times were extremely difficult. Even though we should have given up Melissa and Jennifer's drive would not allow it.
Specialties
We are the only studio to offer the worlds first functional fitness pole fitness program. Pole Dancing (Pole Gymnastics) is considered a sport meaning there is a high risk of injury. We offer a cross training program called The JW Method that will safely and progressively build your muscle starting with your stabilization muscles and moving up to your prime moving muscle. This will give you a strong foundation to build upon. This program is known for rehabilitating previous injury as well as preventing injury when you perform higher risk activity. Even if you are not interested in pole dancing, everyone can benefit from the three beginner friendly fitness classes we offer: Pole Dancing for Fitness, The JW Method, and Fitness Through Motion. We offer coaching for athletes up to the expert level of pole dancing as well as private sessions for those looking for individual attention. We love what we do and so will you.
