We are the exquisite orthodontic specialists in Utah county. Dr. Carter received a scholarship to attend any certified orthodontic residency in the world. He chose what he learned to be the premiere orthodontic residency in the United States, the University of Michigan. Only one other active orthodontist in Utah was selected to be trained at the University of Michigan.
