With nearly 2,500 employees in more than 15 states, Milgard Windows, a division of Milgard Manufacturing, is one of the largest window manufacturing companies in the western United States. Established in 1958, Milgard operates more than 10 plants and offers a diverse line of aluminum, vinyl and wood windows, as well as patio doors. With original products and services, such as the Web-based Milgard Window Designer that allows architects and builders to design windows online, the company fulfills its promise to be the best. Along with sister companies Milgard Tempering and Milgard Vinyl, it serves customers in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and the Pacific Rim. The company is based in Tacoma, Wash. It became a Masco Corporation company in 2001. Milgard Windows has an office in Salt Lake City.
