High Mountain CrossFit is a community based strength and conditioning program. Our goal is to change peoples lives by teaching them functional movements, like squatting, pressing and lifting, that are constantly varied, and performed at their best effort. These are movements that people can do inside the gym, that benefit them outside the gym. Whether you have been in the fitness world for a long time, or you are brand new to exercise, your journey at High Mountain CrossFit begins with a one-on-one goal setting meeting with one of our coaches. You will have ongoing support from our world-class coaching staff to help you reach your goals, along with the support of a community that makes you excited to come and workout. We change peoples lives every day by teaching them a healthier way of living. We can't wait to get started with you.
