History
The Grid Fitness was founded in September of 2017 by Brandon and Maurine Herman. The Grid program and gym was designed from other modern functional training concepts such as CrossFit, MMA, P90X, Yoga, HIIT, and traditional bodybuilding just to name a few. The Grid emphasizes the use of more basic (safe), yet still functional (multi-joint/muscle), movements at high intensity in order to maintain safety of the members, while still reaping the benefits of performing various dynamic movements.
