Evergreen Chiropractic was founded benefit the health of those in Utah Valley (mostly ranging from Provo to Lehi). After graduating from Western States Chiropractic College, Dr. Moultrie came back to Utah Valley (where he did his undergraduate studies--Utah Valley University) to practice.
