History
Early Birds preschool was created by Miss Ashley, a Utah educator working as a special education teacher in a challenging, high-risk public school. Upon the birth of her second child Miss Ashley took her teacher skills and diverse teaching background to start a preschool in her home, modeled after quality public education with the flexibility and creativity of a private school. The result is a merge between the Utah Common Core State Standards (listening, reading, writing, & speaking), research-based curriculum in literacy & math, and a play centered approach to learning that includes sensory, imagination, art, movement & dance. Early Birds Preschool is a magical place to learn, highly academic & flexible for all learners. Early Birds Preschool maintains a strict 8:1 student to teacher ratio to optimize student learning. We meet all of the current NAEYC standards for providing a high quality preschool.
