For the security of your valuable self storage possessions, we are offering 20-foot long and 40-foot long steel storage shipping containers with two heavy steel doors. These containers are made in China, filled with goods and sent to the united states on ships. They are made of heavy gauge steel with large water proof steel doors. They are dust proof, mouse proof, clean and ready to store your valuable possessions inside our fenced yard for one month or for several years. Storage containers delivered to a customer's home, construction site, industrial or oil well locations cost more per month, depending on the location, the use and how long they are on lease. There is a $50.00 security deposit required on all sizes of containers. This security deposit is refundable at move out if the container is swept and clean with no damage. Also, your account must be paid-in-full and on time to qualify for the $50.00 refund. All rent payments are due on the 1st day of each month, unless otherwise negotiated at move in. All sizes of our containers have two heavy steel doors with double rubber seals. They are dust proof, mouse proof and water tight. You can install two padlocks for higher security if you wish. The door locking system makes it easy to open, close and lock the containers. Our 16 foot long self storage containers are approximately 8.0 feet wide by approximately 8.0 feet high. They normally hold the contents of a one bedroom apartment or a medium size U-haul truck. The monthly rent is $100.00 per month if paying by check, or $90.00 per month if paying with cash. Our 20 foot long self storage containers are our most popular rental. They are approximately 8.0 feet wide and approximately 8.0 feet high and 20 feet long. They normally hold the contents of a small two bedroom apartment or a larger size U-Haul truck. The monthly rent is $130.00 per month if paying by check, OR $120.00 per month if paying with cash. Many of our commercial customers have these 20 foot long containers delivered to their construction sites to store tools and construction materials, or to store their inventory at their own facility. The large steel doors, with three padlock locations, insure the security of their tools, construction materials and inventory and easy access to them during the work day. Our 24 foot long self storage containers are also approximately 8.0 feet wide by approximately 8.0 feet high. They normally hold the contents of a larger two bedroom apartment or a full size U-Haul truck. The monthly rent is $160.00 per month if paying by check, or $150.00 per month if paying with cash. Our 40 foot long self storage containers are approximately 8.0 feet wide by approximately 8.0 feet high. They normally hold the contents of a three bedroom apartment or two larger size U-Haul trucks. The monthly rent on these popular 40 foot long containers is $190.00 per month if paying by check, or $180.00 per month if paying with cash.
