FFounded in 1989, Discovery Academy is a coeducational therapeutic boarding school. It provides education and support programs to students suffering from mental and behavioral disorders. Its curriculum includes English, math, science, social studies and physical education. The school offers a wide range of health care services, including medication monitoring, case management and rehabilitation. It undertakes counseling and advocacy for victims of substance abuse, violence and trauma. In addition, the school organizes a number of outdoor activities, including camps, field trips and adventure sports. It undertakes community outreach programs and provides information about mental and emotional disorders. Discovery Academy is affiliated with the RedCliff Ascent. It is located in Provo, Utah.
