I worked for eight years in the spa industry and felt that I wasn't able to achieve my goals and treat each client individually at the level I wanted. I opened my own studio so that I cold pursue my goals and better serve each client's needs.
Specialties
Our mission is to help improve each individual's quality of life through bodywork and self awareness. Centerline Bodywork offers individualized massage therapy and the Rolf Method of Structural Integration. Through massage we hope to provide relief and relaxation to the body and reduce both physical and emotional stress. Through the Rolf Method of Strucrual Integration we strive to help your body to find support from and to be more at ease with gravity thus illiminating chronic issues.
