The lady in the office was very rude. Only allowed to make initial payments by money orders, would not accept cash, check or credit card making it very inconvenient.

New management is AWFUL. The cleaning checks are impossible to pass if you don't buy their specific brands of cleaning supplies and spend hours scrubbing the ceilings and behind the refrigerator...
