Canyon foot and Ankle opened its doors in November of 2015. We are located At 478 S. Main Street in Spanish fork Utah 84660. we are right across the street from the fairgrounds and we share a space with Precision Vision. We serve Patients from Lehi, Orem, Provo, Springville, Spanish Fork, Salem, ,Benjamin, Payson, and Santaquin. We are able to see new patients that same day or next day in most cases.
