I am an A.S.E Master Certified Hands-On No-Bull Mechanic! I have been in the industry for 21 years. I am 41 years old, and I have worked in dealerships as well as independent shops. I have an extensive background in the automotive industry. I have held positions as a hands-on Tech and a Sales Manager with an established Shop. My 10 years as a Service Manager has given me an extensive Technical and Management background within the Automotive Industry.
