Herriman Elementary serves more than 1,490 students in kindergarten through grade six and offers a variety of educational opportunities for the academic, social and physical development of children. Founded in 1999, it is a year-round school that provides instruction in reading, math, art, science, physical education and music. The school offers a resource program that includes a variety of services for students with special learning needs. Its media center has a collection of reading and reference materials that are available for academic study, class assignments, independent learning and pleasure reading.
