There's black mold in the showers in the window sills. the maintenance never comes to help when something is broken they expect you to fix it when they come and spray for bugs it's water there...

To be 100% honest, theses apartments are horrible ! Everywhere to limited parking to our van getting towed 3 times when it's registered and it was in the right spot to be at! Our water keeps...

Yes, this property has had it's downfalls, but they are cleaning it up and now has new owners and new management. The work orders are being done in a timely manner, the office staff is very friendly.
